. Soak the pho in water for about 10 minutes before boiling.
Boil in boiling water for about 7-12 minutes
. Take out the noodles and rinse with clean water, drain.
. Use as fresh pho.
. You can prepare soups or side dishes with fresh pho such as Beef Pho, Chicken Pho... according to the recipe in the QR code available on the packaging.

. Put water on the stove and wait for it to boil.
. Put the noodles in water, wait for it to boil for 1 minute then turn off the heat and soak in water for about 10 minutes.
. Take out the noodles and rinse with clean water, drain.
Note: When soaked in cold water before boiling, the noodles will be softer and not suitable for stir-fries.
